In addition to her managing partner duties, Brouwer has a bustling practice working with employers to establish productive and harmonious workplace environments. “As a part of executive leadership at Assured Family Services, I have observed Deborah Brouwer for over 17 years as legal advisor/counsel and board chair/member. She has consistently presented as well-prepared, objective, prompt and a great strategist instilling confidence in those she represents - whether in court, before administrative agencies, or in the boardroom,” Smith-Brown said.

In addition to the new Crain’s Detroit Business recognition, Brouwer has received numerous career accolades in recent years. She is a multi-year honoree on the Best Lawyers® and Michigan Super Lawyers lists, as well as the DBusiness Magazine Top Lawyers list.
